The Mathematical Games Kit – Mandalany (Man-da-lanj) caters for Foundation–Year 1, with the focus on alignment with the Australian Curriculum where appropriate. The activities are not necessarily sequential and are intended to be inclusive. This workshop will provide opportunities for early childhood educators to engage with activities to enhance mathematical understanding and development; and will explore useful resources to engage your students in mathematical processes that are fun and enjoyable. The Language used for the project is “Jiddabul” which is the language of the Herberton area. This presentation will be streamed live over the Internet as a Connect with Maths webinar.
